Operation Northwest Restart Tabletop Exercise

Join DMC Technology Group for an interactive tabletop exercise led by Gary Lehman, Administrator of the Ohio Public-Private Partnership (OP3) at Ohio Homeland Security and Brigadier General of the Ohio State Defense Force. Designed for leaders across business, government, higher education, and critical infrastructure, Operation Northwest Restart challenges participants to work through a realistic, large-scale winter storm scenario that tests organizational resilience and business continuity.
During this immersive 3.5–4 hour exercise, attendees will collaborate with peers to navigate cascading operational challenges, including widespread power outages, infrastructure failures, workforce disruptions, logistics constraints, technology outages, and facility impacts. Participants will evaluate decision-making processes, identify organizational dependencies, strengthen crisis communications, and explore strategies for operational recovery and long-term resilience planning.
