Thanks to the team at DMC, I am well on my way with having DNS, Domain Controller, Exchange, and the virtual server environment setup.
Just to let you know that Greg (Gomach) finished up and did a great job for us. It was great to have him come in. It looks like we are back to normal and we will keep an eye on it over the next week to be sure. Thanks again for all your help.
I have always been impressed with the technical skills and character of people at DMC. The assistance we received from Greg Lardinais yesterday was truly outstanding. We were able to work with the vendor who manages our ISPs, at all our sites and actually owns the router that failed, to (re)configure the Cisco 1800 you lent us. We then installed the device and all our network communications were restored. Your device worked as planned. I wanted to thank you so very much for lending us the routers. Knowing that DMC is there to help us in our times of struggle is tremendously comforting.
Just wanted to give you and your team some feedback on our new Power8. Great job in coming up with a great configuration!! This machine is so fast I often think something didn't work right because the response is so instantaneous.
