How We Give Back

DMC Gives Back is built on three core pillars: financial support, employee-driven giving, and hands-on volunteer service.

“DMC Gives Back” is our vehicle to carry out this mission. It includes:

• A multi-match gift when an employee donates at least 1% of his/her annual earnings to a local 501c3.
• Paid time off to our employees to do volunteer work in the community.
• Group activities for our employees and their families. Last year, we partnered with “Let’s Build” to build thirty beds for kids in the community and helped with a Habitat for Humanity home build.
• Non-profit event sponsorships. If our employees can attend, they develop an awareness of community needs and have a little fun! 

Our dream is for each of our employees to make giving an important part of their lives, and to spread a spirit of thankfulness to their families, friends, and the community.
