Client Executive

The Client Executive must have the ability to articulate the value of DMC solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in the technology field in either a sales or technical role. Target geography will be a 60-minute radius of Toledo with the expectation of in-person client meetings. The position will include serving existing DMC clients as well as cultivating new clients.
Role:
The primary responsibilities of the Client Executive include:
- Building long-term relationships with all constituents (clients, employees, partners)

Application Analyst/
Developer

Help Desk Engineer/
Part Time

Under the direction of the Network Infrastructure Service Manager, the Help Desk Engineer will be
responsible for delivering engineering services and solutions to DMC clients for Workstation,
Server, Microsoft 365 and Network Infrastructure.
This position interfaces constantly with our Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Engineers,
Client Executives, and clients to ensure work is completed in a timely manner to the client’s
satisfaction.
Role:
As the Help Desk Engineer, the major components to the role are to:
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by responding quickly and proficiently to client requests
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining the process for handling customer issues
- Become a subject matter expert for Microsoft Desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Consult with customers on business technology needs and present available options and solutions
- Maintain required Microsoft and other certifications
- Provide on-site and remote support for DMC clients.
- Complete accurate timecard entries as a task is performed.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency after hours support.

Service Coordinator

Under the direction of the Network Infrastructure Service Manager, this role entails attaining maximum utilization of project and helpdesk resources through daily dispatch of service requests. The Service Coordinator, as a vital member of the Network Team, is responsible for service request intake from clients and account managers, including assigning, scheduling, and dispatching service engineers for remote or onsite service based on urgency, and contractual service level agreement (SLA). Occasionally, the Service Coordinator may work with the Power i and App Development departments on projects that involve both business units.
The Service Coordinator also functions as a key administrative role for DMC, directly contributing to the growth and success of the business by providing support to customers, account executives and even the company president. Role:
As a Service Coordinator, the major components to the role are to:
- Act as the single point of contact to the client for all types of service requests
- Coordinate all IT support groups to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources.
- Monitor the triage ticket board and place tickets on their correct production boards and schedule technical resources.
- Take phone calls from clients, generate tickets, and dispatch them to technical engineer.
- Schedule technical resources on the ConnectWise dispatch portal
- Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests.
- Communicate with clients in order to keep them informed of incident progress and notify them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction.
- Improve usage and increase productivity of IT support resources.
- Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels.
- Report on the successful completion of service requests to the Network Infrastructure Service Manager.
- Ensure tickets are entered correctly in ConnectWise.
- Monitor and track vendor hardware orders for ticket scheduling and notify Account Executives with delays or changes.
- Enter license activation codes and serial numbers into ConnectWise and hardware license portals.
- Review timecard entries for correct coding
- Assist with billing.
- Lead the weekly Network Team huddle when the Network Infrastructure Service Manager cannot attend.
- Assist with ordering and tracking products as needed.
- Work with Account Executives to maintain the customer and contact database.
- Organize contacts into targeted groups for communication.
- Distribute client communications/collateral.
- Coordinate marketing events in conjunction with marketing and Account Executives
