Two of the most impactful components of DMC Gives Back are our Volunteer Day Program and our Employee Multi-Match Program.
Volunteer Days
DMC provides employees with dedicated time during the workday to volunteer with local nonprofit organizations. This ensures that giving back isn’t limited to personal time — it’s supported and encouraged as part of our culture. From organizing supply drives and supporting youth programs to preparing meals or assisting nonprofits with technology needs, our team is empowered to serve during the workday.

Employee Multi-Match Program
Our Multi-Match Program amplifies the generosity of our team beyond a traditional one-to-one donation match.
When an employee contributes to a qualified nonprofit, DMC matches that gift. If multiple employees support the same organization, DMC matches each individual contribution, multiplying the overall impact for causes that matter most to our team.
The “multi” comes from both the company match and the collective support behind shared organizations. It allows employees to champion causes they care about while significantly increasing the total contribution those nonprofits receive.

Through our Volunteer Day Program, our employees supported 10 local charities during the workday, volunteering their skills and energy to organizations making a real difference in Toledo. Whether assisting with community programs, helping coordinate supply drives, preparing meals, or offering technology expertise, our team showed up ready to serve.
